SUMMER CAMPS

1. Programme:

Price include the following:

  • Accomodation and full board
  • Daily tennis coaching (mornings and afternoons)
  • Fitness training
  • Diagnosis and treatment of injuries by a physiotherapist
  • Use of all facilities at the Academy
  • Regular fitness and tennis tests
  • Technical and physical report at the end of the course
    (development, recommendations, etc.)
  • Outings (to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, etc.)
  • Accident Insurance

Expenses not included in the price but invoced separately:

  • Sports shop
  • Laundry
  • Massages
  • Language Lessons
  • Golf Lessons

2. Registration

Application for enrolment for the programme selected (except for the competition programmes) willbe considered to have been formally made once the Registration Form has been signed and 25% of the price of the course has been paid.

The remainder of the price must be paid in full at least 15 days before the start of the course.

Enrolment is confirmed upon payment of the total price of the course.

In case of cancellations, the following refunds will be allowed:

  • Cancellation 4 weeks before start of the course: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
  • Cancellation between 15 days and 4 weeks before the start of the course of the course: 75% of the amount paid will be refund.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the course: no refund. The same rule will apply if a player leaves the course for whatever reason after having started it.
  • Any amounts not refunded may be used towards payment of a future course during the following calendar year.

3. Essential information

A. On arrival at the Academy, players must bring the following:

  • Photocopy of social security card or equivalent document
  • Identity card or passport

B. Clothes:

  • Tennis wear (shirts, shorts, socks, shoes)
  • Swinsuit, swimming towel and bathroom towels.
  • Toiletries
  • Street clothes (for outings)

C. Laundry Service:

  • Clothes for washing are collected twice a week.
  • All clothes must be marked with the player’s name, so that the clean items can be correctly identified. The Academy accepts no liability for lost clothes that have not been properly marked.

D. Pocket Money:

Money must not be kept in the bedrooms but must be deposited at Reception. Otherwise, the Academy will not be liable for any loss or theft. Players may withdraw money whenever they wish. Expenses basically consist of purchases in the cafeteria and outings.

E. A typical tday in the summer course:

  • 08:30 – Breakfast
  • 09:00 – Technical-Tactical training
  • 11:30 – Fitness training
  • 12:30 – Related activities
  • 13:30 – Lunch
  • 16:30 – On-court training
  • 18:30 – Other activities
  • 20:30 – Supper
  • 21:00 – Activities with Group Leaders
  • 23:00 – Bed

Arrival on the first Sunday of the course, between 11:00 and 14:00.
Departure on the last Saturday of the course, between 11:00 and 14:00.
